Free psychological tests
Take a real, validated self-assessment and see your result straight away. No account needed — just an email so we can tell you apart from the next person.
We aim for something bigger.
A whole picture of how you feel and how you are. Psychological tests are clinical tools that can say exactly that, objectively — not a mood you guess at, but a measure you can watch change.
These are open to anyone who's interested — you don't need an account, and you don't need to be writing with us.
CORE-OM (Wellbeing)
A broad measure of how you have been feeling in general — wellbeing, everyday problems, how you are functioning, and safety. It is the questionnaire many therapy services use to see where someone stands at the start, and to follow how that changes.
GAD-7 (Anxiety)
Seven questions about worry and tension over the last two weeks. It is the standard first check for anxiety in general practice — short, well validated, and good at telling ordinary worry apart from the kind that is worth attention.
K10 (Psychological distress)
The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale — ten questions about the last four weeks, used worldwide as a quick screen for general psychological distress (Kessler et al., 2002).
This is a self-assessment, not a diagnosis.
